Talking Dealing with the factory

You know, in the past 12 months, we've had what I would describe as an interesting experience on our Airstream journey. There were some great times as well as some disappointments along the way and some were for sure greater disappointments than others.

The one thing that I have to say has clearly been the greatest help to us is the folks at the factory. We are continually impressed with how well they have taken care of us and follow through on issues we bring to their attention.

I know some folks might be out there and frustrated, some might not have had the same experience we've had, however, I just felt it necessary to post the good as well.

I'm just now placing an order for a new 2004 30' Classic. I've contacted the factory twice via email with questions during the past several days, and got a prompt email answer on one and an imediate telephone response earlier this morning on the other one. Both replies impressed me on the promptness and completness of the replies.

I hope that you buried all the bad karma when you experienced them, and all of our future ones will be as enjoyable as my recent 2 dealings with Airstream factory personnel.
