Generator recommendation?

I have a 2000 19' Bambi. My Yamaha 3000 generator just bit the dust. Carb replacement will cost $1,000 + before taxes.
New Honda 2000 should cost roughly the same or less.
Can I run my A/C on ONE Honda 2000? it is HOT in Austin, Texas & I'm looking for a solution.

Any advice is welcome!
Thanks.

The answer depends upon the size and power demand of your air conditioner. I'm guessing the answer is "probably not" unless your AC is in the 8,000 or less BTU range.

I don't think so, look at what your power draw is for the AC, then see what one Honda 2000 generator pushes. You may need to parallel two of them or get one bigger generator.

My advice is to get a second quote on replacing carb. $900 for labor seems a little steep imo.
