1994 Excella Refrigerator

Our refrigerator will not work on gas. We have cleaned out the flue, checked the gas lines. Freezer works on electric. 25* freezer/ 70* refrig What is the part that slides on and off the fins?? Help please!! Do not know what to do.

Since no one else has posted I can tell you I had the same problem with our Dometic 3604, fine on shore power but would not light on propane. Because the refer had hinge issues that allowed the door to open underway I did not attempt to repair it and replaced it instead, this is no easy task now that the original model had been discontinued and the replacement 2620 of same size has just been discontinued also leaving you the choice of going down in size or up as I elected requiring cabinet modification to make fit. I used the 3762 and it is a full one cu ft bigger at approx 4" taller and nearly 2" wider.

Is the gas lighting? When I turn mine to "gas" I hear a click of the solenoids, tap tap tap of the spark and a slight whoosh when the flame starts.
