Electrical question

We traded our S.O.B. off today! Couldn't be happier briefly speaking we started calling it the "Money Pit."

Anyway, I have a question; as I understand it, any unit (not necessarily an A/S) that will support a washer/dryer combo must be a 50 amp service. With a 50 amp service supply and running the air (15,000 Btu) would there be any possible problems using an adapter and plugging it into a 30 amp service?

Do they make such an adapter?

Thanks!

You can use such an adaptor, but it would probably not be advisable to run the dryer. Otherwise, you shoupld be OK.
