Bathroom Leak...looking for some help!

I opened the back hatch of our '72 Overlander today and noticed a small pool of water on a piece of subfloor near all the plumbing. I had my wife run water through the sink, shower and toilet but could not locate the leak. It looks like it is a small leak (and I think I ruled out the sink) but I'm having trouble figuring out how water would be pooling where it is. I'm trying to upload pictures to provide a visual. Would greatly appreciate any helpful insight...thanks!!

Are all those hose clamps straight and tight?

Could the water have leaked in instead of being from the plumbing?

Well actually there was a slight drip under the trailer which prompted me to open the back hatch. When I opened the hatch one of the clamps was leaking. I tighten it so it stopped and I tightened all the other clamps. The pool of water in the picture came after I had fixed the leaky clamp. Do you think it is as simple as the water had ran down the wood behind that metal stripping and then pooled on that piece of subfloor? I'm thinking it is either that or the base of the toilet might be leaking. No other plumbing is in that area. Do you have any thoughts? Thanks in advance for help!
