Strange notification question

I just got a notification that someone had added to the thread "need a volunteer inspector 22956". When I looked at the tread the last post was dated 10 08 2008.

This was the text of the notification in my e mail.

Now that is a lot of brass air fittings <a href="Wholesale Tools With Free Shipping World Wide From China Distributor" target="_blank">Wholesale Tools With Free Shipping World Wide From China Distributor</a> there is just about every type
of air fitting that you could want. Wholesale prices too. I guess these could be used as small water pipe fitting also. I
used some of the parts to make my babington wvo burner.

Anyone else get this notification that appears to be for another car or truck forum?
