Looks like that mug could have come from the Blue Plate Restaurant at Ross' Landing. My home is in a town house near the Walnut St. pedestrian bridge that crosses the river. Ya'll come back now. You heah?

You betcha. It's on the bucket list.
Unfortunately the fall tour heads Westerly after MO. (Washington, MO, Purina Incredible Doug Challenge in Grey's Summit, Lake of the Ozarks, Branson, hopefully Hot Springs AR, OKC etc). We hope to swing thru TN, KY (and do some genealogy) then on to Carolina's maybe the following year.
Looking at Google earth it looks like a lot has changed. I remember a riverfront restaurant (on the levee level), with parking down the stairs and a gift shop (where my wife bought the mug) at the bottom of the stars. But then again I was also thinking the N side of the river...it was raining buckets
