Wiper blades for 1998 LY

I need a better priced blade for my 1998 LH. There must be a 28 " blade that will work even if I need to modify it a little?

The old rubber comes out hard but it does come out and the Napa # 60-2898 will slip right in. I went to three other dealers not one said I could use a refill and wanted it sell me new blades $ 60.00 the refill is $ 9.00 for two.
