Question Part number for master cylinder?

Hey folks,

Does anyone know how I find the part number for the master cylinder for a 1986 345 Classic motorhome? I was searching on a number of related keywords but didn't turn up an obvious solution.

Thanks!

Part number for Master cylinder

First do a complete search of the Posts in this section,if you must have the part #. Someone must have posted it in here.
I do not have the part #, but NAPA, and Advance Auto Parts carry these Master cylinders. They are listed under Chevy P-30 parts, Make sure you specify front and rear disc brakes when you are ordering. New brake pads are easy to find too. Ditto for the calipers. You might want to replace all the brake hoses too, they definitely deteriorate with age. Good Luck!
All the best. Cheers! Rich.

There are several options for these with the vacuum booster vs. hydro boost and rear drums vs. disc brakes. It's a good idea to take the old mc in to match unless the parts guy is pretty sharp.

Good, luck, Dan

Try Dorman part #M39309
Listed as 1986 P30 Motorhome part at RockAuto.com. $53.79

Dorman Products - M39309

Note that is listed as being NEW... not remanuafactured.
You need one that is for IFS(Independant Front Suspension, Dual rear wheel, and 4 wheel disc brakes)

Also looks like CARDONE 13-1668 is a remanufactured MC, for same application..

Thanks all! Keyair, I have a hazy memory of the mechanic's photo of what he called the master cylinder and it was a big round thing mounted vertically. Could that possibly be right? I haven't been able to find the photo, it must be on an old hard drive. And maybe I'm completely wrong, but it didn't look like the one above. I defer to your judgment, I'm just trying to make sense of what I can recall.
