thinkin about selling

I have a 76 Argosy. It needs some work; we used it to take kids to dirt bike races. Getting divorce now and trying to decide whether or not to sell. It’s paid off in 2 months. Might anyone have a idea what price range the sell for like I said it’s not in the best of shape but it drives and everything works on it for the most part. And the next question would be if I don't need to sell it will it hurt it to let it sit for a year or so before I can get around to fixing it up.

Not sure on the value, but other MH owners here might help.

If you don't sell it, I would take the same precautions one would when storing a car and if at all possible, let it run a couple times a month.
