The reason that the members rarely see, shall we say, discontented debate is because the moderators keep a close eye on things around here. Friendly debate is welcomed and in many circumstances even encouraged. When things take a turn for the worse, the Mods do have to step in and sort things out. Closing threads is a rarity and is not done without considerable debate out of the public view. The things that the members don’t see are the things that keep this forum a pleasant place to visit.

Just a couple of observations from my time behind the green door.

Maybe... but it's too long to fit in the avatar block. And.... they would have to issue us whistles. Could be ugly....

silverleeper (on vocals with the line of pierced EAR RINGS, tall dreds and tube top, NICE ! ),

overlander64 (grooovin' on the drums) and

kevin245 (in polka dots on the b/w 'lectric geetar) ?

did eye MISS ne1?

((i think that's bob on the sax and janet on the bass guitar, with mel at the keyboards...))

so itz time for a new version of this song....

for the new flatfoots...

please recite the oath...

every breath you take
every move you make
every bond you break
every step you take
every single day
every word you say
every game you play
every night you stay
i'll be watching you...

yeah yeah welcome and safe travels and all that jazz...

but i'm still waitin' for this...

when mods are outlawed

only outlaws will be mods.

LOL - you are quick! They haven't even had time to examine the big red buttons yet. We do have 3 new mods as of 2 hours ago - treat them gently for a while ....

Fun game

I think the "Moder Rato" is inceasing and this makes "Too Err Mad".

Mods keep the "atom order" here on the forum, and without them

the forum would "more or tad" go down hill fast.

Fun game Joe, have any more

Time for shower, "me rat odor"

Yup - brand new. Be gentle... they're still learning and being a new mod is a daunting undertaking. There's bribes to sort through, the new uniform is complicated and the free mod sized Airstream they are issued is tricky to back the first time or two.

Hey, thanks 2Air! Please put me down as Shemp, the other two don't look like me at all.

Of course, I'll have to practise my "nyuck, nyuck, nyuck" before I'll feel at home in the job.

BCNU soon!

How about some "extremerators" to work with members who are too dull?
