They are the one's who show up with whips and chains at Forum's campground gatherings. Ok, at least that is what we saw with the only Mod (to remain anonymous) we've had the great pleasure (no pun intended) of meeting at a TCT event.

Lot's of fun, they take on a lot of work to keep this forum up and going and deserve a ton of credit for it . Without them this forum would just be a run-of-the-mill boring group of threads.

Glad to have you with us Allen H. This is a great place to find out anything Airstream related.

Merry Christmas

Barry

My thanks

My thanks go out to the new mods, I can attest that the position is a huge time drain with occasional days that would lead a saint to drink (fortunately not being a saint this was not an issue for me ). Its one of those 'glad I did it, glad its done things' for me. Anyway, I appreciate the new mods picking up the reigns and wish them all the best during their tenure.

I think I will go start a hitch thread now.....

Umm, I also have the dreaded "banish" key, that works even better than the ol' delete key...

Rodney, you've got good back-up in such a built up military area. Finally ... an advantage!

Hey Rodney, you're not alone knitting in an Airstream here's a great blog from a knitter in an Argosy!
Knitting in a Happy Camper :: Dishcloth Patterns Page

There is a great Airstream dishcloth pattern out there, here's some sweet ones Jamie did. Have fun casting on!

I think the song really goes:
Every hand you shake
Every smile you fake
Every bribe you take
Every vow you break...

opps, sorry, that's the politicians' song.

Moosetags reminds me of the yellow diamond caution signs that were posted on Loring AFB in northern Maine that said "Moose is Loose"

Actually, I thought aflycaster and moosetags were already moderators. I've been thinking for a while about how maybe moderators isn't the correct word to use since a moderator is one who referees debates and I don't really see any debating going on in this forum. In fact if something breaks out into a debate, a moderator can close the thread. Perhaps the title should be "participating referee". Just a thought.
