120513 - Santa Barbara

Next trip out was local. The plan, in fact, for the entire year involved just local trips around Central Coast of California. Typically, two-three hours drive each way with couple night stays. A low-key camping year.

We stayed at favorite El Capitan State Beach and used it as base to visit Old Santa Barbara Mission.

El Capitán SB - One of our favorite places to stay and explore. Nearby are wines of Santa Ynez, bakeries of Solvang, and much more. Breathtaking views of ocean.
