Description:	This RV park exudes a true resort atmosphere with its own private lagoon and beach. We sacrificed the expensive beach view lot for a much bigger space that backed up to an iceplant covered dune. Vintage Vacations has had at least one previous rally here and plans another in 2006, which is already sold out. Pros:	Quick and easy access to Newport Beach and surrounding area
Cons:	Pricey for some especially during the peak season

This is as far from "camping" as you can get. True asphalt community. As mentioned, very convenient for Newport Beach and surrounding area access.

Pros:	Close to Bay
Cons:	Dirt lots separated by waist high chain link fence

This is a private facility which offers some beautiful bay front sites however you may find yourself in a an inner circle site that only offers a dirt pad. There isn't much privacy by means of trees etc. Only a waist high chain link fence separating you and the surrounding campers. Additionally, there were some issues with an Airstream trailer that got backed into by a golf cart driven by an employee. The facility hasn't made any grand efforts to accommodate the owners of the Airstream thus the 3 stars for poor customer service and the price for dirt pads/sites.
