At 7800 feet elevation, the ranch is covered with ponds, streams, mountain views and forests of aspen and ponderosa pines. 76 gravel, mostly shaded sites. Full hook-ups. You will share the ranch facilities with folks staying in the vacation cabins, wedding parties, and neighbors from the nearby community of Mancos using the banquet facilities. Pros:	Nice camground in the Ponderosa pines
Cons:	Pricey anad not nearly as enchanting as nearby camprounds in the National Forest

A nice place for those who prefer a resort atmosphere over more rustic camping in the nearby National Forest.
