Description:
|
Fifty site park located between Tallahassee and Panama City, near Apalachicola, Florida. Entire park is surfaced with sand and crushed stone. None of the waterfront sites have shade and all are close together. Views are spectacular from the waterfront sites. Adult only park. Friendly staff, quiet setting even though close to the highway. Full hookups - water, sewer, electricity, cable TV, wireless. Laundry on site. Great oysters and seafood in nearby Appalachicola. Nearby activities include hiking, bird watching, boating, fishing. We stayed in early January 2013 and will return next year.

Narrow sites on waterfront

|
We had a delightful stay at this park in January 2013. We had a full hookup site directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a gorgeous view of colorful sunsets. The sites on the water are narrow. Terrific seafood restaurants in nearby quaint Apalachicola. Hosts were very friendly.
