We brought our tent and the kids and stayed here for two nights prior to checking into the Soundfront Inn on Ocracoke. Had a great time and everyone was super!

Stayed at Pelican Dunes RV Vacation Rental, gulf front on Cape San Blas, Florida for two weeks..... this place is truly a hidden gem.
It rents by-the-week, from Saturday to Saturday, and is located on the Florida Panhandle, about 35 miles east of Panama City.
The lot faces west and there are amazing sunsets every night over the Gulf of Mexico.
Just 30 steps from your Airstream to the beach, over your own private sandy beach path.
This site also has sunrises each morning, along with views of St. Joseph's Bay, from the other side of the Airstream.
The beach is 'dog friendly' as well.
Arguably..... one of the best beachfront RV sites in the country.
Add it to your "must visit" list.

a great place to stay a while...but missed having a pick nick table ...sights are very close together....

We stayed one night here. Very quiet mid week but the weekend looked to be just the opposite. No cell service, rough roads, undeveloped sites make this a campground that is hard to like. We did see a moose. Lots of road noise. Probably won't return.

Having stayed on the Terraport and visited with the folks who live at NTACI several times... we haven't met a nicer 'community' in a long time. The facilities are well maintained and repairs/upgrades do not drag on before completed. Very professional office manager who knows how to get things done.. It is worth a trip, a stop for a day or so... maybe a few years...

The place is great pool is sweet owners and kids eager to assist .
Close to store and Buffalo River.

The folks are very friendly but most live here during the winter season. Older retirees so focus isn't active campers. No pets, not close to beach.

After watching their presentation several years ago at a rally, my wife has had this park on the radar ever since. We finally got the opportunity to stay there this year and called 3 months in advance to make reservations. The gentleman that was given authority to answer calls told us no reservation was needed and to call a few days before arrival. Our visit date was to have been a week before the 4th of July for 3 nights (which he was told).
Well...when we called, the person answering the phone said that we should have talked to her three months back and that she handled all reservations. The initial contact was not authorized to make commitments! She informed us that the park was now totally booked except for a rally site and did not offer any suggestions or help. I can't begin to tell all how disappointed we were with their poor management. We had to scramble to make other plans to secure a campsite in our travels.
If you plan on going there, beware and demand a written confirmation. I would NOT recommend this park to others.

The views were excellent. Water fill and dump station on site. It's posted "campers only" in the campground but that didn't stop a few questionable individuals from using the restrooms.
