| Description: | All three of the shock mounts (rubber isolaters) have failed that suspend the fan assembly within the duct/shroud of the fan. The mass of the fan is only held in place by the one isolator that has been "repaired." The failure of the isolators have caused damage to the shroud and thus leaks. |
