My $250 beater '98 Chevy S10 looks tiny parked in front of the Airstream (not so much from this angle though). I ordered a sunscreen for the RV windshield last week from Prompt RV Sun Screens, can't wait to get it. It'll be nice to be able to look out the windshield again and still block the heat and have privacy. I also ordered 100 foot by 30" roll of Llumar 15% window tint for the rest of the windows. I debated long and hard on tinting them but the Airstream feels like a greenhouse now that warmer weather is on the way.The foil bubble wrap insulation helps a lot but I like to be able to see out and talk on my phone from inside the Airstream and it is blocking my signal badly. |
