Description I drilled holes through the channel & perimeter frame & installed plastic pipe to allow water in the walls to drain into the belly pan. The vents in the belly pan allow the water to escape.

Description Photo taken with belly pan upside down. Perimeter not epoxied yet. Louvers are aimed to the rear of the trailer so water isn't scooped up while traveling.

Description Once the vent is in place (and the louvers pointing towards the rear of the trailer, see last photo) the tabs are bent over and epoxied. I also epoxied the perimeter of the vent cap to the outside of the belly pan.

Description I used a 1" dimple die to create the holes for the vents. The dimpled edge creates a low point in the belly pan for the water to flow towards.

New: axles, wheels, tires, aluminum for belly repair, clearance lights, trialer harness, hitch lock, window glass, fantastic fan, roof vent, astro dome, vulcom by the gallon, gaskets, seals, frame welding, subfloor, insulation, lighting, electrical, paint & more paint (frame, bumper, hitch, walls, floor) microwave, wave 6 heater, propane stove, electric water heater, 12 volt lighting, house battery, trickle charger, frigididaire, toilet, black tank, pvc gray tank, tub paint, tub spout, shower head, valterra valves, sink faucets, spring water faucets, 5G H20 bottle & 12volt pump...& much more and oh yes...rivets...lots of rivets. Plumbing parts on order...next up: wood for new cabinets, re-laminate countertops, buy rubber flooring, propane lines, rooftop AC, 12volt radio, stero, hitch battery box, spare tire redesign, load stabilizer, mattress, couch cushions, linens, towels, dishes, cookware, pink flamingo and finally...
