Improper Installation Of The Sink Drain Line
|
| Description |
The factory installed drain line was never glued at the bottom of the pipe and the upper ends' improper glue joint got a scab of epoxy gunk to stop a leaking point. It failed after being in service behind the wooden panel of the kitchen cabinet. The cabinet needed to be cut away to facilitate the repair. Where was the Quality control for my $102,000 2016 Classic 30 Airstream? |

'68 Caravel Original Galley
|
| Description |
The galley was all original with a working stove and a Hydro Flame gravity furnace. To get the Hydro Flame out required cutting the rail in the cabinet with a Fein tool. Note the double dowels in the original jointery. The Dometic 2-way Refrigerator is original and I haven't assessed whether it cools. |
