Philipsburg Bay USFS Campground, Georgetown Lake, MT

| Description |
6/16-17/2013, Loop 3 Site 1, 75 degrees. Just down the road from historic Philipsburg MT. Dry camping and poor solar gain - had to use the generator. Beautiful CG though, right on the lake with paved level pads. Spent the day in Philipsburg taking in the mining museum, historic buildings, and of course, the candy store. Drove back to camp the long way around Georgetown Lake with the Pintlar Range out in all its glory. Headed East to Billings from here (a great dinner at The Windmill) and on down the Yellowstone River to Glendive. Spent a few days there connecting with some kin and exploring for the old homestead. The breaks of the Yellowstone were out in their early summer best, the grass contrasting with the hills. Also took in Makoshika SP before heading back west. |

Priest Lake SP, ID

| Description |
10/8-10/2010. Indian Creek Unit/CG, Site #068. Last campout of the season, weather was rainy with a few breaks but warm, 60 degrees. Simply a stunning view of this N. Idaho lake driving along the east shore to the CG. Got reacquainted with the Dutch Oven. Very quiet at this time, but it gets packed out in the summer as do all CG's around the lake. Needed extensions on water and sewer hoses to make this site work. |

| Description |
7/7/2010. Could be a better picture of a great ND State Park - well worth a visit. Very close to Fort Union/Fort Buford Historical Sites -also well worth a visit. Turning south tomorrow to Theodore Roosevelt NP North Unit on the Little Missouri Breaks. |

She is water tight. Not one dent. She got Vaccume disk Breaks, I love them. Every time I go to a Park someone wants to buy Her. But She is all Mine. |
