Curbside Outriggers
|
Description |
Got in a few more today. They are going faster with each one. For now, I am done from the tongue to the left of the step, and the 5 I did the other day on the street side. Geez, this is so time consuming! |

Curtains
|
Description |
After finding out what it would cost to have them made, I decided I would do it myself. Not much different than working with wood, only a lot more forgiving! Total cost... $35. I used Muslin at $.99/yd and doubled it up for backing. This cost includes the 2 bedroom curtains. No seat cushions yet on the couch, and the control panel needs to be painted. |

Custom Ceiling Fixture
|
Description |
I got ambitious one day and fabricated a ceiling light in the bedroom area to mimic the shape and look of the windows. I cannibalized the old ceiling light for the sockets and switch. I used all scrap aluminum I had lying around to build it, and the only expense (other than my $5.00 per hour labor) was the 1/8" frosted acrylic... oh, and the LED bulbs. I like the way it turned out. It has the 3 setting switch and I added a few bulbs. I wanted a bright setting in the bedroom, so I can make sure I am wearing the same colored socks. :P |

Don't jack it here!
|
Description |
You can see the bend in the bottom of the beam behind the jacking plate where someone must have tried to lift the trailer. Fortunately there was no structural damage or cracks. |

Custom made handles. I didn't like anything that they had at Home Depot, so I made my own out of scrap aluminum. Doors are all riveted. |
