Hi, nice looking rig ! In the pictures it looks like clear coat issue or is it the picture ? Why is the refer a house unit? Is every thing there to change it back? How is the ac and is it a 13.5 or 15k heat pump. Thanks Neale

Sorry Neale, I missed your note. There is flaking on the clearcoat as this unit was built prior to using the pre-coated material in 2002. The original refer failed and I installed a new 10 cuft. residential unit which is much better. It automatically runs off the batteries when not plugged in to Shore Power or a generator. The AC unit is good and it is also a Heat Pump. The Airstream also has a Suburban propane furnace.
