Purchased as a pandemic project... In a twist of fate, we are moving to an island, so it makes sense that my recreational vehicle should float! It's still "mid project", so this is a purchase for someone who wants to work on it and make it amazing!

Bought for 11k and have spend about 20k on it, but am willing to sell for less than all of that to a good home. Make me any reasonable offer!

Here's what's been done so far:

• When I got it black water tank had been removed and a larger gray water tank installed though there was no release for emptying it . Ideal for compositing toilet you can plumb 1 to gray water
• Interior fully demo'd.
• Added keypad keyless entry system
• Paid a local Airstream Pro who can vouch for the excellent structural condition to Install/plumb a freshwater tank, Repair the belly pan, Lift the unit with a new axle 3 inch lift for to reduce chance of scaping on curbs/etc , Install new electrical panel, Decomission old wiring, Add new hot water heater, plumb gray water tank release, plumb propane to hot water heater and stove area, install lithium battery system
• Added a stunning African mahogany bed with 4 big drawers
• refaced upper cabinets above bed
• Partially built custom kitchen cabinets for fridge, cooktop, and sink frameless 3/4" baltic birch faced with African mahogany .
