This trailer has been refurbished inside and out and is in excellent condition. The floor has no soft spots and the linoleum is original. The electrical has been updated with new outlets and covers, new cord to tow vehicle, updated to led Led inside and out, Renogy 400 watts of solar, mppt controller, Renogy 100 amp lithium battery. New 110 fuse panel,
12 volt fuse panel added, 5 amp Noco genius charger added. Fresh water tank cleaned and flushed and all water lines replaced with Pex piping and isolation valves, low point drains added. Also a new marine water pump installed. Black tank cleaned and valving checked and is in good condition. All cabinets and countertops original and in like new condition. All the original plastic tubs in cabinets are in place and in good condition. New 4 gal Bosch water heater, new Costway
12 volt refrigerator on a slide out shelf, Wave 3 Camco radiant heater. All cushions have been re upholstered and new window coverings installed. Bath is as original and excellent condition. All interior walls and ceiling in excellent original condition. Outside the axel was replaced complete and new wheels and 10 ply tires installed. The under trailer covering in excellent condition. The exterior has had the first cut of polish done and looks very good. It could use more polish to bring it to show quality mirror finish. New portable waste tank and fittings included. Stabilizer jacks were added and front tongue jack replaced. As of this posting the trailer has less than 10 miles on it since all work has been done. It has a clear title and is ready to hit the road!
