2016 Airstream Flying Cloud 27 - Pennsylvania

For Sale is a 2016 28FT Airstream Flying Cloud Rear Bed Twin. Trailer is in excellent condition. New batteries this year, rear wireless camera, ducted air, equalizer hitch, 30 amp shore line, potable water hose and 2 sets of keys. Original comforters and pillows that came with unit. Non smokers and no pets ever in trailer.

Trailer has been de winterized and water holding tank sanitized. Our child is heading off to college so we will be downsizing to a smaller unit to head out across the country next year again.

We will use ESCROW service to complete the sale transfer, release of lien, and title transfer.

Buyer will pay all ESCROW service fees as well as shipping if required.

How many miles would you estimate you have on this trailer? What is the rating on the Equalizer; 10000,12000, etc? Does it have microwave or convection oven?

We maybe very interested after receiving answers to our above questions. How much would you estimate the ESCROW costs to be? Never heard of a transfer of title handled in this way. We are in Nebr and at a Nebraska Airstream Rally in our 1999 motorhome.
We are heading to Amana, IA tomorrow for our Region Rally and won’t be back home to Lincoln, NE until May 2nd. Larry Link

Caution: Escrow generally indicates a scam.

Why does the buyer pay for the escrow when it's the seller that has a lien on the title. Shouldn't they pay to have the lien cleared? Sounds funny to me.

Guys, I am so sorry for the delay. I didn't realize that the questions were going to be posted in a forum like this. I have been answering direct messages and emails from airstream marketplace and just scrolled down to find this. I apologize again.
To MissingLink to answer your equalizer hitch question the support arms say 12000 trailer with a 1200 tongue weight. The trailer has the convection microwave.

Missing link - As far as the title and Escrow. The purpose is to protect both you and me. Escrow com ensures the lien is paid off and lien is released so you receive a clean title in the process. Both you and I can track the progress of the transaction with the safety of a 3rd party escrow service for our protection. The fees are in the ballpark of 500-600 for everything.

Anchoraway : I would estimate about 15-20000 miles. We took 2 trips to Grand Canyon and Yellowstone, a trip to South Bend and 2 trips to the Maine and Cape Cod. Thats been the extent of it on the road. Direct message me and we can exchange contacts.

Sheriff - I am actually using them to ensure you do not feel like its a scam. It ensures a clean title and transfer for your protection.

Albie- The funds being put into escrow is used to clear the title and provide protection that ensures everything happens to protect both the buyer and the seller. I made the decision to use escrow to ease buyers concerns.

Anchoraway. I think the unit is just under 6000 lbs. I don't know that I ever weighed the tongue weight but usually it should be 10-15% of the total weight. The equalizer hitch has a rating of 1200 tongue and 12000 total. My guess is if you loaded to max legal your tongue weight would be around 1000 lbs at 15%.

As far as talking, please just send me a Direct Message and I will give you my number and we can coordinate Friday.
