Original Ridged Spray foam in walls, frame straight and in very good condition, undebelly complete. Desirable Single door unit only singledoor unit evermade has 2 Emergency Exit Windows. All Exterior accessory doors complete and operable. Remaining Original cabinets can be restored and reused located in center bathroom area , this is the most complex section of the unit as it contains the Bathroom with 3/4 tub and shower. Both Doors to Bathoom operate and function. Bedroom closets are intact with doors intact. Walls intact in bedroom facing bathroom.
All in all a perfect clean slate to start a once in a lifetime restoration .
I may continue with the restoration overtime and increase price as work progresses, I looked for this unit for 14 years.
There is no other for sale in the world at this time. I know this sounds like a trumpet playing but there are none.
Completed the value is not measurableas No unit redone or original has sold in over 12 years, that one was original . In my opinion knowing how these are made obsolete ,yet it was stated that it was stored in a barn and well cared for. Not likely the buyer would gutted that unit to update the it to todays standards. All upper metal is in near perfect condition. All trim is intact and ready to be resealed. Roof is intact . Only 5 1989's with Slideout ever made and one is still owned by the Airstream Corp...
