Hi Brad, I was wondering if there are any leaks? Does the refrigerator and a/c/heat work? Also does the plumbing work? Do you have the title? Thank you

Alicia, all the appliances work. The water pump does not seem to want to prime itself. I bought a new water pump last year so the pump is not the problem. I think it is the suction line and I think it has a small crack in it. I have more pictures I can text to you and some videos.

Alicia, yes the air conditioner and refrigerator both work perfectly. No problems with either the stove oven is brand new and I don’t think has ever been used. Microwave and two TVs also included. No leaks. And yes I have the title and it’s clear of any liens
