1965 Tradewind-interior walls-help

We have what looks to be wallpaper on part of it and paint on part of it-it's original. Is it possible to remove the wallpaper? How hard is it? What do you use? or is it better to just clean it...

1965 Tradewind-Looking for window treatments & new upholstry

Just purchased a 1965 Tradewind. It needs some TLC. We are looking for a good source to have curtains made and re-upholster or re-make the two couches. We live in Wisconsin.....
