Sorry to hear of anybody having issues with their new RV, no matter what brand. It happens. All are made by human beings and as such won't be perfect.

I've been the route of motorhome vs trailer...

Transmission Gear indicator on 2001 L/Y

Been looking everywhere for the little plastic needle in the steering column that points to the gear engaged. Suddenly mine quit moving and I found that it was broken. First thought was to glue it...

I agree with previous posters on this thread and many others that generally only those with complaints make posts. The happy owners are for the most part silent.

Freezing

If you are inside out of the wind and can keep that temp, all should be good.

Make sure you open all interior cabinet doors so the entire interior can get heat soaked.

Under mount Sink failures

The under mount sink falling out is an epidemic across all RV brands right now. My son has a Forest River Mini Lite that had this issue. A cruise through the Mini Lite forums shows a LOT of the same...

Freezing

Adding anti-freeze to the black tank will do no harm. Just remember that if the black tank has much in it, it will severely dilute the anti-freeze. So if you can, dump the tank first.

Champion 100263 3400w Dual Fuel Generator

I purchased mine on Amazon. Currently, it's $1080.
If you aren't in a hurry, watch for sales. However, other than Costco, I haven't really seen the price change very much.

Like the idea of an Hour Meter. Love my 3400 Dual Fuel

Love my Champion 3400 Dual. Been changing oil twice a year without a meter. Like that Propane means no problems with gummy carburetors from ethanol laced gasoline. Runs A/C well from Altitudes of 300...

In 35 years of towing Airstreams, I've always opted for a longer shank. First it was to clear the panel rear doors on my Suburbans. But I found I liked the ability to get the tail of the trailer to...

Recommend some sort of shock absorbing hitch

Cheap Gas in Missouri

Prices in the St. Louis Area are from $2.79 to 2.89 for Regular. A week ago many stations were flirting with $2.50, and I actually had one fill up at $2.46.

If it's an electronic ignition model (likely) the water...
