The problem is that I can never see any water...no drip from above & nothing running down the skin. All I find is damp plywood when it rains. The water appears to be sneaking in the door frame...

Good thought on the drip cap and lights. I'll pull those out this weekend and seal. I dont think it could be anything in the center area of the roof...with the center panel removed anything leaking...
