I've done both. In the future, I would always go pick my Airstream up in person ... or at least go take delivery in person if I had to have it towed. There are little things that you'll see in person...

Update on this thread. I ended up getting my range hood replaced (Airstream did it under warrantee even though I was past warrantee because I had trouble with the hood since soon after purchase)....

Flooded voltage

I'm pretty sure that's a periodic desulfation charge (14.8) that the Trojan flooded batteries need. The AGMs don't require a de-sulfation stage, but flooded do.
