Replace the brakes shoes and magnets on that...

Replace the brakes shoes and magnets on that wheel and maybe the brake drum....most likely a magnet not letting the brake shoe release.

Andy I resealed the clearance lights even though they showed no water under them when I took them off.

The water appears to be coming in between the Aluminum skin and the top of the rubber...

It's 16' wide by 26' long with 10 ft legs. Cost with the 12 ga. frame upgrade, extra bracing and 2 extra side panels was about $1800.00...
