So I just finished rewiring the battery, converter and fuse box on the 12v side. I used 2awg wiring for everything. I also ran a 2awg wire from the negative distribution to the frame (not pictured)....

Thanks for the feedback. Since I'm going to rewire all the major components (converter, battery and 12v fuse panel) I might as well upgrade all that wiring to #2 wire.
