Half way there

I got the old unit off and the new unit in place now its time for wiring. I get the 110 wiring and the phone cable connects to the new thermostat but what are the 2 blue, 2 yellow, 1 red and 1 black...

I just ran all new lines. I have a 5/8 main line and each appliance has its own 3/8 branch of of that. I think that I will get a new regulator.
