You can take a putty knife around the wall/ sink perimeter and hammer it down to shear the rivets in half. The sink is held to wall w rivets. You'll also need to pull the drain basket to get it off....

If it needs new subfloor it dosent sound like a good deal. They are common and unless its camping ready or close to it, pass if you want a trailer that's a total rehab. All depends on condition.
