We had a new A/C that's air con, and thermostat. They installed that very same one in ours this past summer. First trip out, Colorado, thirty's in the morning , 80's in the afternoon.

I had the same problem at my rear end and around the door. Water for prolonged time. Pulled up the flooring replaced decking where needed and installed new flooring.

Sticking Dump Valves

I recently replaced my sticky dump valves about a year ago.
They've started to get sticky again. I've lubed them stem and ran some soapy water thru the drains. Still hard to pull out.
