Well, I thought I'd give the 4 ton Harbor Freight trolley jack a go... worked well.. I didn't leave it up on the jack for long before the axle stands went in... but for 5 minutes or so the back end...

Update on the concrete floor

Well - as above, the floor went down and they did a nice job getting it smooth, just didn't put the slop on the outside. I have the base lumber down and bolted to the concrete most of the way around....
