According to www.rv.net the sail switch for your model is located in the back of the furnace on top of the fan housing. Says you may have to remove the plastic cover.

IF… you turned the fan OFF soon after the tangle occurred you maybe lucky and not have a bad motor.
I had the same thing happen and after removing the foam tangle the fan returned to its normal...

Thanks Alan. I am unsure as to output of old charger ,but it was a single stage I believe. I am hopeful that BD will have higher output therefore charging more rapidly in the beginning.
