Wildly fluctuating battery readings??

I put my fully charged batteries in Airstream, turned on my furnace and lights and battery level readings were at 50% and 12.1 within 5 minutes.

Tongue weight on a 27 FBT may be 1100 lbs, leaving you with only 500-700 lbs, not much...
