Sunexplorer II measures 14.1
Seelevel measures 14.1
Voltmeter on batteries measures 14.01

There is no change in volts...

As far as I can tell all 3 tanks and all pipes on our Globetrotter 23 FB Twin are located inside the shell. So if we are only using water from our fresh water tank (never hooking up the city water)...
