Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll take it out and do somw checking and grease the insides and see what happens before i preplace with new one.

Air stream is replacing both of mine. 1st one was under warrenty. The valve is connected to pex fitting that screws in. I sent a video to airstream with the 1st one and they didnt say anything...
