I've had Renogy and now Zamp. The Main difference is the quality of frame construction for me, if you're a once in a while user the cheaper Chinese made units are OK, for everyday abuse, go with Zamp

My Experience - 17 F250 Diesel towing a 17 30 Classic at 10000 Lbs 3.73 gears worked great, if you plan to change to a larger trailer, go Diesel and forgot about everything
