Not sure about your state but here in Alabama anything 1982 or older doesn't require a title. You just carry unit to the dmv they check the vin and give you a tag.

My class A has this same generator in it. It uses a 3 cylinder kubota engine. It is super cheap on fuel and is quite. It will pull 2 a/c units plus some with out issue. Mine is a 6kw quite diesel.
