I called Progressive Industries about 12 hours...

I called Progressive Industries about 12 hours ago and left a message with customer service (lifetime warranty). They say they'll call back in one business day. Fingers crossed.

Thanks so much for the advice. I disconnected the Progressive Industries EMS-PT30 and everything is working again.

Seems weird that the EMS didn't give off an error code.
