Adding Exterior 120v Receptacle

I want/need to add an outside receptacle to my 71 Safari Twin. I would like it somewhere around the fridge service compartment door.

I can get power from the fridge receptacle, but what box, receptacle, and cover can I use? Is there something from another AS model that would work?

Any ideas??

How about this?

Outside male 110volt Receptacle 55-8889 [55-8889] - $18.95 : Out-of-Doors Mart!, More Airstream Parts on-line than anyone!

You could just get one of those heavy duty pig tails that are about 3 feet long and mount that inside the fridge access door.

outside recepticles are usually ground fault, regular household box and gfi could be taken off the outlet that the fridge is plugged into but remember it would be 15 amps or less, sharing load of fridge when it is on. You might want to check to see what else is on that circuit.

I believe everything but the AC is on the same circuit. That means that the fridge, univolt, and anything else you have running is all taking some of that 15A.
