Best fix for holes from lock hasp

Need advise on ways to fix the holes left after I removed the riv-nuts where a PO had installed a "deer camp special" (hasp for a padlock). I have 2 holes on the door and 4 on the body of the A/S. I have some 2024 sheeting and thought about making a patch panel and using counter sunk aircraft rivets. I have the interior skin loose around the door to replace the floor so I have access to buck the rivets. I also thought there might be a easier way, I just haven't thought about. The holes are a little bigger than the head of an Olympic rivet.

Thanks in advance for ideas.

I would consider filling the holes with some high quality stainless machine screws of an appropriate size.

I wouls suggest ice looking plates, since you already know the rivet routine.

Seal the holes with Vulkem, before you plate the area.

Add a patch of aluminum with Olympic Rivets which will blend right in with the originals
