Best sealant for exterior window channels?

Hi all. We are experiencing leaks that appear to be originating at the top of the window. The water runs down the screen and pools in the channel of the window frame (doesn't leak to the inside although it might if enough water were to fill the channel.)

I have read several posts on leaks and have seen Vulkem and Silkaflex products mentioned. The Airstream online store at www.airstream.com and our dealer in Albuquerque both sell a product called "Parlastic Elastomeric Sealant" but no Vulkem or Silkaflex.

Has anyone used this Parlastic product?

I've used Parbond. It is aluminum colored, and not as viscous as vulkem. It comes in a tube. I had two similar leaks and found several small 'defects' in the factory application of vulkem on the top of the window. The Parbond, being more liquid, found its own way to the leak. Fixed. I think I bought it from Vintage Trailer Supply. FWIW.
