1960 Tradewind needs floor work and help!

I have just purchased a 1960 Tradewind for $600 and it has floor damage around door and by the refrig. cabinet. The rest appears to be good. Anybody have any tips or words of advise? Should I just replace the whole floor or can I just do what needs done? While I have the floor up is there anything I should else I should do? The belly pan looks like it is in good condition. It does need a new entry step. It has pulled the threshold away from the frame and needs repaired as well. Any help is appreciated. By the way, I'm new to travel trailers so bear with me! Thanks:rolleyes:

Pictures of the damage would probably be of help.

I was where you are about 8 months ago, plus weak by the bath. Seeing how the only thing that supports the shell is the plywood floor I ripped it all out. Good thing, all around the parimeter the plywood was weak and delaminating, insulation all used for rodent nest. Never would have got rid of the stench of mildew, droppings and dead criters. Found a cross member weld broken at the frame rail and a couple bare wires, critters had chewed off the insulation. Its more work, but worth it. Especially with a '60 TW.
